Every year #Veganuary has doubled the number of recruits to explore and trial a vegan lifestyle. Over three quarters of those, nearly 80% remain vegan after January. This year Veganuary are aiming for 150,000 as most of the retail stats reveal that retailers are routinely underestimating vegan demand and sales generally 300-400% more than predicted and estimated. Many experts are predicting over a million new vegans in the UK by the end of 2018
